Arrived nicely packaged with clear instructions. All I needed was a step stool, a Phillips screwdriver, and wire cutters/wire strippers to cut the included wires to the same length as the ceiling fan. Terrible, terrible, terrible! I bought a bronze oiled finish (brown) and got a black one that doesn't match the fan. But I installed it anyway and when I got to the penultimate step I unwrapped the glass surrounding the bulbs and one was completely broken pulling it out and I had to vacuum very small pieces of glass. I spoke to a Revain rep and they said they would contact the manufacturer to find out how they could get me a different glass bulb cover and they would call me back the next day…
