I bought this fan a few years ago and am always happy to have it when I need a powerful compact fan. You can adjust the fan's incline which is very handy for me was the blade not adjusted quite right I unscrewed and then screwed the cover and blade back on (Phillips head) and the blade is straighter now but still not quite level as can be seen by looking at the blade from above when it is on I think that's why it rumbled. Just took the fan out of the box and used it for the first time and so far it's exactly what I wanted. I bought it on purpose because it is NOT a powerful fan. I needed a fan for times like tonight when it's too hot to not have a fan but too cold with a regular fan even at the lowest speed. And that's exactly what it turns out to be. It's also very cute!
