I was very satisfied with this product. After using it several times, I have one big problem and one small problem. The main problem is that there is a lot of gas coming out of the bottom of the dispensing nozzle. You can feel it blowing cold gas at a very high speed. The independent brand of stainless steel they use has held up great without showing any marks or signs of aging. We love this dispenser. The first time we did it splashed all over the place even though we turned it upside down as instructed. It took me a little while to understand why this happened. We've made whipped cream about 4 times and this only happened on the first mix. We only used 8 ounces of cream the first time, but went to 12 ounces after that.
