I just replaced my old unit with this (same). I bet I had it for 15 years and my bladder started leaking. I played with the old one and lived for a few more years, but when you think about it, it's not a good thing. After the replacement, I was surprised at how much the water pressure increased and it took longer to fill. These units are great and the water is awesome! Also good value for money.

Connecting was horrible, you should have everything you need to connect but the piece they give you is a quarter inch tee most sink lines are half an inch and it took us several trips to town to get the parts you need to connect and it's convenient to take care of the installation with us. We ended up putting together our own mount because the threads on the tee they gave didn't fit any of the standard size adapters.

Exactly the same block lived in our house for 8 years and finally died. We liked the system so much that we bought it again. This unit is the same except for the shut off valve on the reverse osmosis tank (see photo). You cannot remove the connector from the tank without this valve. Ordered a replacement for the exact same system that has worked flawlessly for the past 5 years. We received the system in December 2018 and installed it exactly as the old one was installed but it didn't work. This crap stopped working properly when a large amount of water was thrown out of the air gap tap under the kitchen sink. Thoroughly checked for clogs, no obstacles found!
