For example wearing moccasins. So comfortable. Easy to put on and stay on a strap. Off-road running makes you feel the ground under your feet, so I don't recommend them on rocky terrain.

I like flat insoles for gym use. I'm not a barefoot runner and definitely wouldn't want to run long distances in them. Excellent stability during training.

I've been buying armor shoes for a long time and they usually suck. They're half the price and so insanely comfortable I ran 3 miles on the treadmill in them this morning and I couldn't be happier. I will probably buy other colors. They are great for the gym, can't wait to try them on the track!
