How could such a bad product be made?

1. The gadget does not extend the range of the networks that are already in place; instead, it generates two new networks. In this scenario, the repeater is installed on the channel of the primary router, which can be either 5 or 2.4 GHz (depending on the user's preference), and then, for some reason, it begins to disseminate both 5 and 2.4 GHz channels. 2. Despite being only one meter away from the router, the repeater is able to lose connection to the Wi-Fi network multiple times every day…

Pros
  • Simple assembly required.
Cons
  • Loss of communication with the router on a consistent basis, despite being in an area known for having good signal reception. The typical software is not available for mobile devices.
