I would say there could be more communication between you as an employer/search firm when it comes down finding your candidate but this has been resolved in recent months now by emailing back & forth daily about who's doing what etc; so its great communications are key here - make sure everyone knows where each other stands every

I personally like it because they hire me as an individual, not just another person who needs work done for them by someone else in this case other candidates or recruiters from different companies.
