WELL MADE AND THEY WORK

The fan is too weak and the radiator is covered with ice and lots of condensation. I switched to a better fan and now there's a lot of cold air coming in, the radiator doesn't freeze and the hot-side radiator is noticeably colder, so the balance is right. I use them for a completely different purpose. In my greenhouse the temperature for most vegetables is too high for broccoli, so I created a microclimate for broccoli. The best you will find.

This is the best in class module I have tried. The TEC1-12706 used in this device is actually the best I have ever purchased in the past. Operating from 12.6 volts with a 10 amp power supply, the inrush current was 4.7 amps on the chip alone and settled at 4.13 amps and was stable there. The temperature difference from 77.7 F ambient temperature to the cold side (with the 40mm fan switched off) was 41 degrees. The cold side was 36.7 F. Arrived broken, fan not working

Looks solid but doesn't work. I routed the wires directly from the fan to the 12v supply to be safe. Came back and bought a similar model for the same price. I used a toothpick to spin the fan blades and the fan does not spin freely.

Fun to tinker with but not cost effective

I love that it's a fun little device to tinker with if you're interested in seeing how Peltier modules work. I tried attaching it to the front of my AIO cooler on my computer to see if that would make a difference, but it only increased power costs. Now I've glued it to the styrofoam cooler and it works great for that. Keeps everything at 42°F.

Dishonest and lazy seller!

What a lazy lazy lazy seller! They call it a complete kit, but you'll end up with a tangle of wires that will require you to take the device apart to figure it out. could you tag them No instructions! My unit came with offset screws, off-center and only "pressurized" into the heatsink to hold the fan in place. PERFORMANCE IS MUCH BELOW what is advertised. This salesman peed in my coke.
