Terrible! They didn't even send me enough pens to even collect HALF. What I assembled was unstable and looked very cheap.

The stand is ok looks like the picture but the reason I gave it 3 stars is because the holes are not in line and it is in the does not look good when assembled. I kept wondering why it was leaning to one side until I realized the holes weren't done right.

Good quality material. Easy to assemble. Ideal for small spaces. Looks great on a counter or in a closet. Securely holds wine and/or champagne bottles. Expandable by one or two more racks. Definitely recommend this shelf to anyone who wants something nice and simple.

Many of the holes are not big enough for the pins and the ends of the pins chip easily. Had to use a rubber mallet to get it all together and it's a bit wobbly. I planned on assembling it to make sure it would fit and then taking it apart to get dirty. There's no way it's going to fall apart again.

Be aware that dowels and holes need to be snug to stabilize, but they're just not the right size to install without chipping. I would also like to see at least one picture attached to the order to help with assembly. I ended up going back which was a shame as it would have been perfect for the place.

Well what came in the box looks like the picture, it's true. If you look at the photos you will see that 15 large dowels and 44 small dowels are needed to assemble this structure. I received 16 large dowels and 20 small dowels. As a manufacturer expecting me to assemble a rack from these parts, I can't. Luckily I know how to buy/cut dowel rods so I just buy extra parts at my local hardware store. Maybe you can make a dog toy out of a big dowel?
