This is one of the best gold inks for fountain pens!

I love this gold marker ink! As long as you stir it constantly to keep the gold in suspension it will perform very well and look amazing once dry. Damn it looks amazing when it dries! You can see the gold pieces swirl around as you write and the effect is mesmerizing! Highly recommended. I will buy more when this is over!

Excellent Material: Drawing

This is by far one of the best gold inks I have ever worked with. As already mentioned, it separates quickly. I rarely use a pen to apply, but rather a small brush. Here's what I've found very helpful: - Shake vigorously - Use a dropper to pump out a small amount at a time without working without dropping into a bottle cap or similar small vessel - No waste as you have to constantly stir the ink

Pros
  • Brilliantly Done
Cons
  • Annoying

High Glitter Supreme Glitter

Excellent ink. Regular stirring or shaking is required for the particles to mix well, but this is unavoidable with this type of ink, so it's not an ink defect, just an indication. Really very glossy and shiny, applied quite wet and takes a long time to dry (again, this is not the fault of the product, it's the nature of the beast). Watching the ink dry is a lot of fun though, as it looks like a constantly agitated golden liquid, and the delicious fumes make it almost a trippy experience. (I'm…

The best metallic ink on the market. STILL!

Of all the ink brands I've used over the years, Windsor Newton is still the best. I use metallic silver to accent my watercolors and pen drawings. I like that it's a bright metallic that reflects light well if the angle is right. Will not fade or fade with age. I have several watercolors that I painted over 30 years ago and the silver is as fresh today as it was the day I added it to the piece. This is for a brush or fountain pen, not a fountain pen. I keep going back to the Windsor Newton. for

GOLDEN SUN IN BOTTLES! MAGIC! MARVELOUS! NICE!

AMAZING INK! THIS IS BETTER THAN GOLD LEAF AND BOTTLES MAKE IT SO EASY TO USE! Pen, fountain pen, brush, even a cotton swab will work, it's AMAZING! It dries constantly and is waterproof which is perfect and I even used it to monogram my leather journal strap which came out so beautifully. I like to use it to accent maps, drawings or paintings. You will like it, just buy it already! Included is a photo of my Christmas cards this year, I used gold to outline a Merry Christmas AND all the red…

the most beautiful gold

ignoring all skills, just sitting in a bottle looks great. Whether pen or brush, in its sparkling gold it looks beautiful even after drying. The only downside is the fact that it needs to be shaken before each use and sometimes before each dive of the instrument. the metals in the ink settle out very quickly, I mean very quickly. but without those PRECISE metals in the ink it would never have looked as beautiful, the only competitor to this gold I could think of is the watercolor gold I've seen

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • There are problems

A beautiful ink that brings joy.

Pros: - Only the eyes are mesmerizing, sometimes I just open the bottle to see the ink swirling and moving inside it as if it were alive. - Ink appears on dark colors. I was afraid it wouldn't show up as well, but it's opaque and the gold pigment is dense enough that there aren't that many gaps. You can use it to draw or write fancy letters, it worked great with my nibs and also works when you use a brush. Cons: - Everyone else says, but the ink comes off VERY FAST. Shake well before use and…

// shakes the bottle vigorously

Error loading media. - - - Mascara - - - Pros: - opaque (noticeable on black!) - mesmerizing look - beautiful yellow-gold color needs to work fast or just shake the bottle as you go - too thick for dip handles; it doesn't flow smoothly - - - Other important things - - - you can get really good gradient effects as it separates quickly - it's easier to use a brush - the bottle is very small, 3.5cm (widest point below) x 4 cm (height) ) - the bottle is my aesthetic - put some kind of lube around…

Beautiful ink on art materials

Very nice ink. I don't have much experience with other inks so I can't exactly compare it, but it definitely meets all my ink needs. You just have to remember to shake it before use and as others have said it cleans very well. I found it very difficult to remove the cap after the ink sealed it and ended up using rubber gloves for a few minutes. This is the only downside. I bought it with the intention of using it for multimedia projects. I also thought that maybe I just need that and not the…
