The ink is heavily diluted. Even on black.

The ink has been heavily diluted with water. I almost didn't see it even on black paper. Received on time and without damage.

This is a really nice silver to use with a quill pen. Writes smoothly and looks great. I will definitely be back for some of their other colors.

I have ordered W&N Silver Ink a few times and have had no problems. This time the bottle was 3/4 full of ink and the cap was sealed with old thick ink and was orange in colour. Inside and out the rim of the bottle, including the inner cardboard lid of the cap, was a heavily dried orange, and over that orange was a thick silver. I'm disappointed and will go elsewhere if I need more because this ink isn't cheap! The box has been disassembled and I've already started on it, so no pictures.
