Unit works fine but it would be nice if Amazon reported it was used for a return. He had increasing scars and was covered in mud.

Easily fits new seats. One of the pins on the twist lock keeps popping out. Corrected but had to. Would have given five stars if the rivets stayed in place. They glide and turn very well. I had to slightly change the diameter of my existing posts; because they were so big. Run the belt sander around the aluminum posts until the rails slide off.

Fits well on Todd Helm Seat - screw templates are aligned. Bolts aren't supplied these days so you'll need 4 per seat with washers. Work normally at Post 2 7/8. Has an additional locking feature not needed on a regular pole. You may have a locking hole, but that's not a problem. I noticed the plastic control knobs made in China. I see them breaking so be careful.

These seat mounts are much better than the original mounts that came with my boat. After years of wear and tear, the seats had to be replaced. The old brackets worked, however the new brackets offer a much better fit and match the new seats perfectly. The seat mounts are made of high-quality aluminum and appear to be very stable. Given the cost and quality of these bindings, I would recommend them to anyone looking for new bindings.
