Love this hat I have been told by my dermatologist that I should wear hats all the time due to a bout of skin cancer. Fortunately, it was easily corrected. I bought this hat about two months ago, and it got me through the hottest part of summer. I really like it! It is adjustable, which is good as it was a little large for me out of the box. It has a nice fabric rim lining, so no straw scratches my forehead. The brim is long and stiff, and it shades almost my entire face and doesn't blow up in the wind. Out of the box the quality was good, but I noticed that sometime over the summer a small rip/hole opened up on the side. This is easily fixable by

Arrived well packaged and quickly. The brim is large and will shade my face and neck well. It does hit my back if I look up, but since I'll wear it mostly reading poolside or when walking the beach, it should be fine. I am glad that there is a way to adjust the inner band should I need it if it stretches out, though it fits my head well now.

I actually bought this hat twice. I loved it. The first one unfortunately blew off onto the water and couldn't be retrieved. I was so bummed. Bought another one but the black ribbon had come part way off and there were glue marks on it. I tried wearing it once, now I have it as an emergency hat. So while I loved my first one, definitely something wrong quality wise with the second.

I love the hat. However, the black thread used to attach the bow on the outside of the hat in the back is visible on the lower back of the hat. When wearing the hat two black thread spots show inside the lower part of the hat.

As a fair skinned redhead, keeping my face and eyes shaded from the sun even while out enjoying beach time with my kids is an absolute must.However at 22.6" I often find it difficult to find hats that fit without making me feel like I'm caught in some sort of infernal vice grip. I really wanted to like this hat. First of all, how does UPF 50 work when the weave is so open, I can see through it easily? Second, the khaki color has a gold, reflective fiber woven into it, so it sparkles, and does not look natural.

Love it! Super cute and adjustable. You can attach and wear the chin strap, which was so nice on the beach with the ocean breeze, or you can use the inner Velcro to make it tighter (you can't see it from the outside). Also, it had zero creases and held its shape all week! Only minor complaint is that part of the bow came unglued. It can easily be fixed, though, with some hot glue. I think the traveling in my suitcase to Mexico may have been a little hard on it? I didn't pack it very well so…

I wore this hat in Israel and Jordan. I could fold it and stuff it in my carry on. I liked wearing it with the rim turned up all the way around. It kept the sun off my face and back of my neck. I was in the sun a lot while we were traveling. I poked tiny holes in the ribbon that is inside the hat so I could have the tie just in case the wind was strong. I ordered two sizes of this hat and both were huge so had to return them. It was so disappointing as I loved the style of the hat!

This is a cool hat! I will be sailing the Caribbean in a few weeks. The style is tres chic! I also like that it has an option to tie it under the chin. An excursion on a power boat will keep this pretty hat on my head and out of the water. What I really like about this hat is that one would not think it could be folded for packing. The hat is called "floppy." but I consider it a neat and flattering brim--which will prevent my face from getting a burn!I'd buy it again!

Hhhmm this hat did not come as described. There was no chin strap. The ‘adjustable Velcro tie’ on the inside does not exist. Instead the hat has 2 pieces of frayed string! Also when held up to the light there are huge sections where the light streams through, this hat is not as tightly woven as described and I highly doubt it’s claims of being SPF/UVA/ UVB blocking! Also says it has a 100% cotton sweatband. Hat I received has tag that says 40% polyester! Certainly not a comfortable sweat…

With the pandemic in full swing, my wife and I decided to walk every day. One problem, we really didn't have a hat to keep the sun from the eyes. We bought this hat and she really likes it. It is not heavy, shades the eyes and helps to keep her cool while walking

This hat is cute! I get compliments all the time on it and it protects me from the sun well. It is a little large for my head so if you are a person with a slightly larger noggin this might be perfect

I love this hat! The style is super cute. The hat is a little deeper then other hats I have had, but it works well at keeping my fair skin covered in bright sunlight. The only reason I have to give it 4 stars is because of the strap that it came with. There were no instructions on how to use the strap. I found it confusing and just removed it and have been using it without it. The down side to that is the hat can blow away on windy days at the beach.

The hat is cute as shown in picture. I consider my head to be fairly large. I found the hat to be little loose. There is a string given with it so that you can attach it if you think it will fly off. This hat really did the job for me on a recent trip to Florida. It folds pretty well and springs back into shape. It shaded my whole face and the back of my neck. It was especially helpful when I had an allergic reaction to either sunscreen or soap on my face, and couldn't apply sunscreen on a day when we were going to be at WDW all day. I wore the hat all day and did not burn in the slightest on my face or neck. And it's a flattering shape, which is a nice bonus.

Really doubt the large fits up to 23.6” as advertised. My head is about 23.8” and the large size is wayyyyy too tight. I cut the entire band/ribbon out and now it fits, but it won’t last without that important piece of structure. Sad but as a woman with a large head, I am used to it being impossible to find hats. It’s cute, if it fits you, go for it.

The product looks as advertised - I think it'll be great to take on a trip! Unfortunately it arrived later than expected so I was not able to take it with me on our one trip this year. but holding out hope for 2021!
