Description of WonderFil Specialty Threads Deco Bob Prewound Sewing and Thread & Floss

WonderFil pre-wound bobbins are wound with our 80wt DecoBob thread in a reusable plastic bobbin, which means there is no glue or wax holding it together (which also makes for happy machines)!. DecoBob makes for an ideal bobbin thread as using a finer weight thread will also minimize the bulk in whatever you are doing, however DecoBob also has the strength, versatility, and reliability you can count on. Pre-wounds are a fantastic choice because they come wound uniformly meaning you will get more consistency in all your stitches, which is especially noticeable when doing embroidery. These bobbins come wound with a higher density of thread than when you wind your own bobbins on a domestic machine. Each set includes 12 (twelve) 135 yard prewound bobbins; available in 36 colors.

Amazing Variety in Thread Selection!

Through trial and error, I found that WonderFil Specialty Threads offers a fantastic range of vibrant and unique thread colors for all my scrapbooking and stamping needs. These prewound threads provide convenience and beautiful results, making them a great addition to my crafting kit. The only downside is that they can be a bit pricier than other thread options, but the quality and selection make it worth it.

Pros
  • High-quality threads that are ideal for embroidery and quilting.
Cons
  • May break easily when used with heavy fabrics or for dense stitching.
