Cuts well, sticks well

I've had a more expensive Norton 80 grit disc on my 12" sander for a long time. It was great but eventually wore out. So I replaced it with this cheaper 80 grit disc. I mostly sand hardwoods. The new disc arrived in good condition. The sticky backing stuck well. After about two weeks of use it seems to be holding up and sanding well without clogging. I use one of those sticky pieces of rubber to clean it up Will it last as long as Norton I hope so but if not it was cheaper.

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • A few minor things

Woodstock 12 " grinding wheel 80 grit

This is my second order of 12" grinding wheels. The adhesive on the back really sticks to the edge. They stay until you decide to take them off. The hard backing of the discs and the use of a cleaning swab (if necessary) help the discs last longer. I use them in both wood and metal projects. 80 grit removes material quickly but leaves a good finish on hardwoods, softwoods, aluminum and mild steel.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Failing

Good sanding discs but not all have the same grip

They are perfect for my 12 inch stationary disc sander! I've ordered them twice and the first pack was great, but then the second pack's sandpaper adhesive just wouldn't stick to my sander. It came off on its own so I contacted Revain customer service and they sent a new one. one I got Overall I will continue to use this product and have it in 80 and 120 grit to switch between the two!

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • I will write later

Woodstock 12 " 120 Grit Abrasive Discs

This is the second time I have ordered these 12" abrasive discs. The adhesive on the back works well as the discs stick to the bottom panel all the way to the edge and won't come loose until you decide to remove them. The discs have a heavy base and with the use of a cleaning swab (if needed) they will last a long time. I've used them on both wood and metal projects. 120 grit is ideal for smoothing almost anything. Use a coarser grit for faster stock removal.

Pros
  • Satisfied So Far
Cons
  • Unbelievable Price

The discs were sent in a flat box and arrived in good condition

These appear to be good discs. I bought 12" 120 grit discs for my 12" disc sander that came with 60 grit discs. The 60 grit was too hard for what I needed. These discs are sticking well (it took me forever, but I cleaned the roller very, VERY thoroughly before installing a new disc) and seem to be working great. It's very important to me that the discs were shipped in a flat box, unlike others I've seen that were rolled or twisted to the point where the backing came off. These discs did not…

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Studying but passing score so far

I've only used two of these so far. The first fell apart moments after installation, but I may not have noticed a small air gap under part of it during installation that could catch on the edge of the board, which I rounded off. The second drive has only been working well for a while and is showing signs of reasonable durability. Of course, how long it lasts well depends on whether I continue to take the time to clean it when necessary. To do this, I use and recommend investing in a long eraser

Pros
  • Ease of installation
Cons
  • Ease of maintainability
