I recently purchased a German-made chisel from Woodstock and it has exceeded my expectations. My analysis of this product showed that it is extremely durable and can handle a variety of tasks in the workshop. The precision of the blade is outstanding and I've been able to achieve clean and accurate cuts. The only downside is that it is a bit pricier compared to other chisels on the market....
Easy to grind and sharpen as it's mild steel. Will probably grind the bevel at a 20 degree angle and only use it as a broaching chisel because it can't handle hammer blows of 5 and up. If you need a cheap chisel for the abuse this is for you. If you need a good chisel for a long time, spend more $$$.
