I received these grilles hoping they would fit an older set of Rockford Fosgate RFZ3410 10" speakers but unfortunately they are too small and flat.The outside diameter of the grille is 10", my speakers are almost 10.5".The inside diameter of the grille where the grille starts to curve up from the speaker is about 9", and I need about 9.25", to remove the rubber surround of the speaker. These grilles are solidly built and well suited to protecting 10 subwoofers, but their appropriateness ends there. They have several design flaws: (as a reference I use a Polk Audio 10") subwoofer - they are very small; when installed, the subwoofer's rubber surround rests against a metal grille. During operation, this distorts the sound and greatly wears out the surrounding sound fast. Their diameter is even 10", which forces them to be installed on the speaker itself and not on the box.…
