great product easy to use, many features available, customer support could be better.

I love that workforce guardian has so many services all within one site, makes it super convenient especially since you only pay per year! Sometimes can be confusing when adding more than 1 person into your system but I’ve learned my way around through doing research on other people in similar situations as myself (like using your name rather then entering employee number). They are not very good about getting back immediately or responding quickly if there is ever any type of issue, they might
