great product easy to use, many features available, customer support could be better.

I love that workforce guardian has so many services all within one site, makes it super convenient especially since you only pay per year! Sometimes can be confusing when adding more than 1 person into your system but I’ve learned my way around through doing research on other people in similar situations as myself (like using your name rather then entering employee number). They are not very good about getting back immediately or responding quickly if there is ever any type of issue, they might even put me off thinking its just because i am asking them questions i guess? Also would like some new features introduced maybe monthly updates? I have nothing bad to say really except sometimes taking longer times before i get response or things don't work correctly. Being able to manage employees easily from within same platform also being able to update payroll info withing account without going outside app so no need wasting money by accessing different website. I love how easy it is to use, especially when you have someone that can show new users around! It was very helpful during our first year as we were just getting used to using this program (as well as learning all about benefits). The customer support could be better though in my opinion they are not always available or quick enough sometimes but overall great product so far. Easy way to keep track of employees information like address changes ect..
