I like that there are many features within this program; from time off requests (which was my first use) through payroll processing we have found ways in which worktrans has helped us with all our needs! We haven't had any problems at least as far back now when using these programs for over 3 years so maybe others do but not sure if they're just being picky or what? The ease of use, speed and reliability. It's been quick to integrate into our system and has allowed us to make changes immediately without causing any issues with our system. The application needs some updating, but most of what you see is fairly recent and functional. It could still benefit from an update to allow time off tracking as well as other minor functionality updates/additions. We are solving issues related to time off tracking.
