Aquarium lighting for aquarium lighting

I was a bit disappointed with the product. It didn't take as long as I thought. I can still use it. The brightness is great and I got it working for my aquarium.

Pros
  • Constant test results
Cons
  • Not bad

very close to sunlight

WOTERZI replaced one on my 5 gallon nano tank. The LED setup shows beautiful colors on my Endlers and my various plants are thriving. Good buy at a great price and from a good and honest seller. Thank you WOTERZI for a smooth transaction.

Pros
  • Best in the niche
Cons
  • Something different

Ok, length questionable

Ok. It illuminates a very small portion of my 10 gallon tank and does NOT cover the entire length, leaving me with dark corners where plants won't grow. I would look for something better that illuminates the entire length, not just a small area, Ridiculous.

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Negative gift

Not submersible! - Aquarium lighting

This light is expensive scrap. It was registered as a submersible. While I wasn't planning on putting it in my tank, I expected it to withstand exposure to moisture. It's not like this. Some of the lamps are out of order. Then there was unfortunately a short drop that destroyed the entire blue light function. When it was new it wasn't very bright. There was no remote control. There is a switch on the cable.

  • New

Good price for the right situations

This light is fine. I use 2 on a 15 inch cube. Plants grow! All of my plants are fairly easy to grow and the light is a little uncomfortably large for my situation, so the light isn't necessarily to blame. However, I just can't stand this light with a Kelvin temperature (not 7500k), this light is too warm for me, there is a yellow-green color cast that I don't like in my planted aquarium. If you have warmer fish that aren't too planted you might like this light. If you're more like me and…

Arms fully extend and detach

The reason I gave it 4 stars is because I bought it for fishing but that's a problem for me. In my case to place it directly on top of an open aquarium the brackets pop out to fit but they just keep sliding and the light can be easily nudged or moved causing the brackets to pop out further which can cause them to go completely unplug and throw the light strip into the aquarium. I think this can be seen as a disadvantage as it doesn't stop the clips from slipping out, but for some this may be an

Compared to the Nickrew brand.

I recently purchased two of these Woterzi lights and two Nicrew Bright LED lights for our four vivariums and terrariums of snake and lizard plants. While both brands are advertised as full spectrum and have the same Kelvin ratings (Nicrew 7500k, Woterzi 7000-7500k), Nicrew only has white and blue bulbs, with Woterzi adding red and green to the mix. I thought the complementary colors would make the light warmer, but the Woterzi blocks actually look cooler in color compared to the Nicrew. Nicrew…
