Bought because the controller bumpers were broken. Complaints are true, landing is sluggish BUT that's easily fixed by sanding down the bumper contact points a bit. You can easily sand other areas as needed.

Bad colors. I have purple parts, bluish parts and pink parts. Terrible quality control and poor anodizing and fit is ABSOLUTELY awful. And the buttons are sticky now. Very upset about that. I have 2 sets and both suck.

As seen in the picture, the buttons don't fit the controller properly. Also, the X, Y, A, B buttons don't fit and need to be sanded to fit. They made these buttons on a sheet and cut out each part, but there were parts in each part that needed sanding. A complete waste of time.

The "A, X, B, and Y" buttons were not created correctly. The inside of the buttons were the wrong length. Also on the part of the lid where the Xbox icon is, there was a label that prevented the bumpers from working properly. The screwdriver is superfluous, but can be easily removed. The delivery was on time and nothing was broken.

Don't waste your money on this junk. Installed the triggers and they didn't line up properly, installed the d-pad and it didn't work or click in any direction, installed the bumpers and they didn't work or click. After reinstalling all the original Xbox controller parts, the controller worked great. They bet to make money and hope some people won't throw their trash back into the trash can fire. Folks, don't waste your hard earned money on this.

My left bumper broke - I got lost and couldn't figure out what was going on. I followed a youtube video and took it apart and it was easy enough to replace (I also replaced the d-pad and sync button as they came with the kit). It's also nice that two joysticks are included (used to repair another). One thing I want to make sure of when replacing a broken bumper is that there are small clips on the outside that are part of the controller's main bottom plate with all the circuit boards. My bumper broke from throwing so many grenades. was going to throw it away but decided to buy this one to try and fix it. I thought it would be a cool learning experience and it was. This product isn't perfect, but it works. WITHOUT MANUAL. You have to watch a few YouTube videos and even then it's a little annoying the first time, but if you take your time you can do it. I had to trim the sync button a bit. For me the biggest PITA was the bumper part and the part that goes over the Xbox button.

I never leave reviews on websites but thought I'd leave one here for those who are skeptical of third party buttons their controllers. I repair and tweak controllers as a hobby and have used third party button sets on a few of them, one of which was my personal Elite controller. My honest opinion is that most set pieces are good, but your game is whether or not they're the right color and whether the pieces fit properly.
