My Favorite Pair of Xero Shoes

This is my favorite pair of Xero Shoes that I own, plus the Prio and the Hana. I find these to be the lightest of the range and offer the best grip while running or exercising. Xero shoes have always been difficult to size up, but I followed another reviewer's recommendation and ordered 1/2 size larger than the size I wear. New Balance (or any other well known brand) and it worked great.

Minimalist but quality

Compared to other minimalist running shoes, these running shoes are at the highest level for the price, but this reflects their quality and attention to detail. I prefer snug fitting shoes and they are included and given the manufacturer's claim that they are versatile I use them for all sports especially racquetball where the lightness and tightness around my feet seems to make me fast on the court. . Great find and purchase and you won't miss out on an unnecessary bulk of more traditional…

Great minimalist shoe but runs small

I have been looking for a suitable replacement for my New Balance Minimus Zero for several years as it shows we are no longer producing it. From what I've read these Xeros seem to make a great couple. I eagerly bought these shoes as I bought the same size as for the New Balance shoes. I love everything about Xero and would give them 5 stars except for the size. You are very small. If you put them next to New Balance sneakers, they become noticeably shorter in length. I'm struggling to put them…

cushioning and tons of arch support for minimalist footwear. I wear these Xeros all day (about 15,000 steps on average) and am thrilled that it doesn't hurt - yes, that's my trainer's testimony, but it also says a lot about these boots. Two notes: I usually wear a size 13, but after my feet got used to not squeezing together like they had for decades with traditional running shoes, they separated in the flared toe box and I found that size 14 was more comfortable (they make you not 1/2 a size…

Longtime barefoot shoe user is top notch

Very happy with it. Some reviews said they were a bit small so I got an 11.5 instead of my usual 11 and they work great. I've been wearing barefoot shoes for a long time (about five years) and these are some of the best I've bought. I started with Vivobarefoot and really liked them, but as my feet spread and I started using CorrectToes, I found that some of their new models were too tight for me. They are beautiful and wide, breathable and elastic. in the midfoot while doing my best on top to…

You must try them. I couldn't believe how comfortable they are.

My God! It's absolutely amazing! I've always been a fan of barefoot shoes since I started running about 4 years ago. These shoes are either so comfortable and so light you almost won't believe it. I watched videos where people said they were so comfortable they accidentally put them on the bed. I thought that was the dumbest thing I've ever heard haha. But after getting it, I actually see someone doing it. It almost doesn't look like you're wearing anything. It's really like adding a tread to…

Renowned Water Shoes

As some have mentioned, this shoe is a more or less well made water shoe that you can get at Target or Walmart for $10. But I like the laces, not the elastic laces on most water shoes. If you have a wide foot then it will fit. I usually get a 9.5 so based on the manufacturer's description I went up a half size and it fits great. The upper feels pleasantly soft, while the sole is thin and rubbery. Seems like it keeps grip well even when wet. But I wouldn't want to walk in it. When people say…

The best shoes I have!

Almost everyone wears a size 12. I've bought almost every pair of Xero shoes. Yes. Almost all pairs, including sandals. This one fits and feels better to me than any of the others. I can fit in a 11.5 but have always preferred a size 12 and they fit my foot perfectly. The zigzag straps keep your foot perfectly in place, making it feel like you're wearing nothing at all. Plenty of toe room but so good you don't have to worry about your shoes slipping. I wish they had versions that didn't…

Diabetic Neuropathy Now in Style

There aren't many things that compel me to write a review (good or bad). I have diabetes, but I try to lead at least a semi-sporty lifestyle. but that means shoes are an important decision for me. I'm also a designer and I try to present my own image in a few nuances. Diabetic/orthopedic (or whatever you choose to classify them) shoes are totally clumsy and made for the elderly who don't walk much. and really don't help me. I usually keep coming back to NewBalance, which has some decent…
