Print quality has deteriorated

The print quality has deteriorated since we installed this equipment. Colors are not printed as before. I've compared print jobs to jobs we've done before and the color difference is worrying. Streaks and spots also appear on the documents we print. We will be going through a reputable printing supplies store for our next purchase.

Replace Black Cartridge Error Message

I have replaced the black cartridge in my Xerox Phaser 6600 with this new black cartridge. The error message 'Replace black cartridge' keeps appearing and the printer does not work. I researched this issue online and it seems to be a common problem with this cartridge. To top it off, I've already exceeded the 30 day deadline to return the cartridges. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Avoid Xerox Phaser 6600 printers together

Bought to replace the black only because it was the only thing that needed replacing. Now, 3 months later, it needs to be replaced again. The printer was purchased in 2017. Less than 2 years have passed and a third black image block is already needed. During this time he did not even print 14,000 black proofs. CANNOT PRINT 60,000 PAGES AT ALL.
