Garbage can. for food sieves

The thing is scrap. You can only close two pages at a time. It's a piece of junk. Did I mention the rubbish of this piece? Unless. let me do it now One piece. Garbage. Infinity.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons

It takes a little effort

It took me a little fiddling to get it closed securely, but once closed it works great! I wrapped the tofu in a kitchen towel and stacked the books on top. It's a lot easier and does a great job.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Some bugs

Cheaply made and very easy to break

Cheap and flimsy plastic fastener that breaks instantly. Used once and the plastic cap already looks like it's about to fail. Spend a few more bucks because it really doesn't last and really should belong in a dollar store.

Pros
  • Not cheap but decent
Cons
  • Almost everything is available

Does something, but not much. The spring needs to be stronger

It's convenient for the price, but the spring doesn't have enough pressure to get the tofu where it needs to be. Removes only the basic amount of liquid. Two stars mainly for convenience and something else. But to be honest I would go back in time and buy a more expensive version.

Pros
  • Very good value
Cons
  • Expensive

It works best in the kitchen and dining room

This is a pretty basic device but it will get the job done. The main downside is that it's quite difficult to attach - you have to sit on it almost like on a stuffed suitcase in a cartoon. This problem is compounded by the fact that the latches are fairly thin plastic, so I'm wondering how long they will last. However, if you're careful, you can definitely get your money's worth if this and then some.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Sorry device

Cute and inexpensive

My daughter loves to cook Asian food. She insisted that she needed a tofu press so she could fry the tofu. This is a pretty basic gadget, but it works great. It is also an airtight/odour-proof seal. She left it in the back of the fridge and forgot about it. Didn't even smell it. I opened it and got a face full of rotten tofu. Although it is very easy to clean. So the goods +. Just don't leave it in the back of the fridge for a month. 😁

Pros
  • Not only useful for its intended purpose
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product

A simple, inexpensive tool that gets the job done.

I bought a smoother press that came with the cast iron pot. I wanted something simple that wouldn't take up too much counter space. I use it several times a week. When originally ordered, only 2 of the 4 sides were sealed. This resulted in uneven compression. Contacted the seller who sent a replacement for a refund/request. The latter is locked from 3 out of 4 sides. It's an inexpensive basic tool that gets the job done.

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Makes me angry

Doesn't press hard enough

Not too hard to close as the reviews say. I used a whole block of tofu and it barely squeezed it, which didn't help crisp the tofu. I had to put a folded paper towel inside to take up more space and absorb more water. Although there are many holes in the bottom, they are so small that water does not easily run out of them, they sit in the form of bubbles for a minute, and eventually fall down. Cleaning was easy, just a hassle with all the parts.

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • No paint needed

oh my fingers: kitchen utensils and gadgets

I'm disappointed in this store. I've used it five times and each time it gets harder to use. You have to snap the lid on top and it's just poorly designed. Right from the start, the fasteners on the two short sides didn't want to get caught; and it was getting harder and harder to get the latches on the long sides to snap into place. Today I struggled embarrassingly with this stupidity for a long time before I gave up. My tofu is now held against the plate with paper towels and the canned soup…

Pros
  • There's something in there
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something
