After a long search for highly rated gas bottle spouts (none of which turned out to be good) I bought this to fix a leak in our existing plastic gas bottle spouts. Use one on each threaded section and one on the junction between the cap and the spout. Everything is working great so far as all leaks are fixed! Time will tell if they start to deteriorate after prolonged exposure to the gas. I will update if so.

These pads are a little tricky to apply, but otherwise not necessary. They fit perfectly. These pods are better made than the ones that came with the EZ Pour nozzles. They are much thicker and appear to be more durable. I had a crack when I first installed it many years ago and I've lived with it ever since. I've replaced four of mine with these gaskets and still no leaks. I wish I had searched all those years ago. Time will tell if they hold up.
