The boy I bought this for seemed to like it. Everything seems to fit, so there are no complaints. But you pay for a hat and an infinity scarf and you only get one hat. I didn't want a replacement but they tried to send anyway. I had to cancel it. Decided to keep the hat. But they never returned the money for the missing scarf. Bought a scarf elsewhere.

LOVE THIS PRODUCT! So approachable and keeps me nice and warm here in New England where we have very cold temperatures every day and snowy winter weather nearly every week. Washes well. I put it in a small dress pocket to keep it separate and let it air dry. Great product at a great price!

This is a nice and warm hat and scarf set. It's less bulky than the picture and I was pleased with it as my son says it's comfortable.

I take a new one every winter. I've washed them many times and they keep their shape and softness. The scarf is fantastic because my son can easily pull it over his head and it stays in place. Then it gets cold, he can cover his face with it and it warms him. He loves it and so do I! :)

I really like this hat and scarf set. It is very warm and soft, and the scarf is pulled over the head and can cover the nose and mouth. It was very helpful during the -4 day cold.

Cozy and warm hat. The only problem I have with this product is the label. The manufacturer misspelled the word "Pioneer" with "Poineer" instead, which looks silly. But other than that, the hat is perfect for winter weather.

This hat and scarf were meant for my son but I wish I had the same. Incredibly soft interior! It's like wrapping your head in a cloud of softness. My son loves how soft it is and I would definitely recommend it! The knitted material on the outside also seems to be of good quality so I can't wait for the cold weather to start wearing them.

There is nothing wrong with this little set. It is very well made, thick, stretchy, soft and comfortable. This was my first order from this company and I have no complaints. My order arrived within two days and they seem very keen on making you happy as they encourage their customers to contact them personally and promptly if they are unhappy with anything.

Great value for money, the adorable photo of this baby tempted me to look even though I wanted ball caps over it. They are perfect for little (or big) boys. Elastic enough for children of different ages. Some colors would please a girl. The faux fur inside is very pretty. Easy to remove when the car gets too hot, you won't find these in any store. Poor quality. Arrived with a hole in a knitted cylinder covered with brown and red fluff and fluff with a strong chemical smell. Unfortunately I don't have time to return and replace the item so I had to hand sew the hole to keep it from unraveling. And even after washing and drying, it still smells of chemicals. I don't feel comfortable putting a hat and scarf on my young child.

I don't know what to think about this because the picture on the left is how it should be, but what I received is on the right. As you can see, the letters on the right are reversed! Either it was an honest mistake or I got a random fake. Anyway, the material seems nice and I know it's going to be pretty damn confusing for anyone who actually reads it on my son's head, so I guess I'll just leave it for fun! Rschunimagu.
