This product had what I needed but the instructions could have given more information. If you check on You Tube use the link for replacing the zipper puller etc.

If you do not use both inserts, DO NOT BUY as a replacement. Although the height and width are the same, the depth of the product doesn't match the existing zippers so I can't wear my jacket, have a lot of useless zippers and can only get a refund on Amazon credit. In fact, this is the third order in a row they've screwed up. The ONLY redeeming factor is that they are actually Blitzenden. It's useless, there are a lot of them

Easy to use, I bought the replacement zipper pliers separately and they made the installation easy. The old slider clasp broke and the zip kept falling off on my husband's UA zip. I easily repaired the jacket in minutes. The jacket works and looks like new.

Bought this kit for a sweatshirt that was missing the latch box. There are many reviews saying the kit "doesn't work" or is useless. For those reading who don't know: the box needs to be clipped at the end of the zipper. This means you need to purchase your own tool/method to do this. The metal material and workmanship of the part is actually quite good. However, actually attaching this to the end of a garment (in my case it was a light jacket) is very difficult and depends entirely on what you have to work with and how the end of the original zipper was made and/or what became the original zipper leave.
