Sloppy fit on cutter parts and accessories

Good side, good sharp edge made clean cuts in hardwood. First use was in purpleheart. Bad side Terrible joint fit. 5/32 (0 ,1563) The incisor tips were about .162, the gaps were about .153 This made the fingers much smaller than the gaps This leaves a VERY loose fit These numbers may not sound like much But if you make a good piece, like one Jewelery box, or in my case a special dice tray as a gift, that's not nice.My plan is to reshape the bit to see if I can get a better fit.I wouldn't…

Poor quality useless bit

I bought this nozzle hoping to make a little box with spikes out of it. After seeing the negative feedback on blade spacing, I checked blade spacing with a ruler. Everything looked good so I went ahead and tried the racquet out on a piece of wood. The fourth finger is 0.5mm larger than all other fingers and the corresponding gap is smaller. It doesn't match the mirror piece. Also, the blades aren't round - I used a relatively new Bosch router on a good table, everything was lined up correctly…

Pros
  • Anti-kickback design for depth of cut control and safe operation.
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

should i use it in milling cutters

Edit: This bit will not fit the 1/4" body and is too small for the 1/2" body. it cannot be used in a standard router πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™‚οΈLook at the picture. I bought beats from this company which I really like. 1/2 inch. I bought a 1/4" bit not too long ago, changed the router bit to 1/4", tightened the bit but at high speed the shank bent (probably due to a weight distribution issue with the top heavy bits) and it flew out, damaged the fence and I'm just glad the bit didn't hit me. In the picture from…

Pros
  • Carbide-tipped blades for long service life.
Cons
  • A newer model could have been selected
