Terrible blade alignment.

Wanted to use it for cutting rebate grooves and grooves for wood joinery. The bit is not flat on both sides. The blades are slightly angled to create a very shallow V-shape. Not useful for me because I need perfect 90 degree cuts.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Discontinued

cuts well in MDF - Milling Machine Parts and Accessories

Used to make T-slots in the blade of my CNC router. The T-slot is too wide for my application and seems to weaken the MDF beam. When tightening the clamps, the plate is pulled up. I redid the spoiler board with a 3/4" T-Nut and it works much better.

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Unbelievable Price

Poor quality but good job

For the price I can't complain but the blades on the shank don't cut at all. There is almost no blade and it is rough. We ended up buying a regular 3/8 inch router and first cut the channel and then used it to cut the inner slot.

Pros
  • Very good quality
Cons
  • Vanish
