Fits and works on Yamaha Seca II motorcycle.

Matches my Yamaha Seca II perfectly! Easy to install and fix the NEUTRAL starting problem so you can start the motorcycle.

Exact replacement, works great

Switch was an exact replacement. Easily installed in place. You just had to be careful not to overtighten the screws. The leak is gone. I've driven over 1000 miles since putting it on. Works perfectly.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Some cons

solved my problem for parts

My mechanic discovered that a persistent, very slow oil leak on my bike was due to someone over tightening one of the mounting bolts on that part causing the crack. At the same time, replace the red rubber O-ring (sold separately).

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Not reliable

V-shape oil leakage very common

This is the main disadvantage of V-shape sprocket design, which leads to oil leakage. It's also a very easy fix. Most bikes break at the 3 torx screw holes (hot engine case and hot plastic). Make sure you order the o-ring, this is a factory part so the o-ring is sold separately.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Almost never

It works. O-ring

This is a direct replacement for the original o-ring on my 99 vstar 650 classic. Please note that no o-ring is supplied and you must order the o-ring separately. I had the typical horrible oil leak that most puddings have and ordered that and an o-ring, assuming my original 20+ year old block had finally cracked. . I was pleasantly surprised when the original was fine, it was just an o-ring. still replaced with a new block and o-ring and kept the original for emergencies. I have a week and 500…

Pros
  • not included. Nice to use
Cons
  • old
