Great helmet for the money

Most helmets are expensive because that's what they're for. Excuse the expression, I have a big head, but yes, my dome is huge. After receiving and putting it on, I was able to wear it with no breathing problems. The visor is amazing, especially if you live in the desert and the sun is very bright. I don't have to worry about a pair of sunglasses that I can easily get lost in. Airflow is easy to use.

Great helmet visor protection

I bought this for my Christmas present, the weather is too cool, I haven't used it yet. But first let me say that this is a really really good helmet, the quality seems ok. The style is amazing, it looks like a $300 helmet. I'm just a weekend rider and not always so I'm sure it's perfect for what I need. I would definitely recommend this for the style and comfort. And hey, even if a little tongue or plastic breaks, for the price you can't beat this helmet.

Great Headwear - Motorcycle & Powersports

I really like this helmet but I have to tell you that I don't have a lot of helmet experience. I've seen similar helmets for a lot more money. The screen is easy to remove, clean and reinstall. The ventilation system works great, but a little more air would be nice for me. The ability to open and close the air vents is a nice feature. This is not a heavy helmet. I prefer a full face to an open one, and a two-position shield is good when I don't want the shield to be fully open. It's still…

Good helmet - not recommended for glasses wearers.

I bought this helmet hoping to replace my old helmet - I wear goggles and based on other reviews I didn't expect this to be a problem. The final helmet is a bit noisy considering the features but at the expected price point. The helmet is built so there is some sort of internal rail for the goggles that allows them to go up instead of sitting on the nose - even playing with the padding I still couldn't get it to look natural - it is very uncomfortable . I will leave helmets on for passengers…

I waited a month to wear the helmet before doing a review -

So after a month of regular use I can tell you the following: the helmet is exactly the same as in the photo and in the description . The size is accurate. Fits exactly as I expected. If you're an eyeglass wearer (like me), the helmet padding doesn't really have room for your temples. I had to resort to an old pair that I wore with very thin wire frames. The sun visor is a really great feature. Works great, protects well from the sun and isn't so dark as to obscure the view of the road. I am…

Almost the best helmet on sale

Good for the money but with a few minor flaws. In colder weather, I had trouble staying foggy with the vents open. A common problem, but with this helmet, the first "trigger" to open the outer visor slightly to keep it from fogging up at low speeds is at the half-open spot. It also lacks the quick release buckle found on some similarly priced helmets. Has a nicer finish than some cheap helmets (an enameled look rather than a clear cheap shiny plastic exterior). The size seems right. Good…

I would buy this again.

Overall I like the helmet and would buy it again. Pros: - Nice design (looks very cool) - The sun visor is nice to have. At first I was afraid I wouldn't like it, but I like it. 1-10 for quiet, I would rate it a 7.5. Riding with the visor down is a lot less than 45 mph. A little louder at high speeds, but that's to be expected. When you move the visor up, you will hear a creak. Also expected - Fits well. I ordered the XXL (yes I have a big head) and it fits me perfectly :) Cons are minor but I…

Good deal but needs modification for long rides

A typical ride for me is 3 hours in the saddle. Long day 400-500 miles. This rating may not apply if you only ride your motorcycle around town. I also have to say that I bought this helmet for $30 instead of the $69 it is now. Also, I've never owned a $400 helmet. maybe they are magical and silent, I don't know. Okay - it's a helmet and it's cheap. I don't find it too loud, but I have a windshield. Not quiet, but normal. I have the XX-Large and it fits me. I think they run a bit small. Fast…
