Vibrations transfer into wall studs and makes a lot of noise. I think this is better for a concrete wall. I ended up getting a heavy duty spring instead.Otherwise it is built solid.Would be nice if holes matched studs. Kind of a pain to install because you need to mount a 2x4 first and then mount to the 2x4

This does not expand a cross a standard 16" stud to stud wall so you ll only hit one stud. Even if you line up the stud with the main shaft its still not stable to even hold a light bag from coming loose on the wall let alone a heavy bag.This design needs some engineering tweaks to make it a quality product.

came with 6 screws when it needs 8. Reached out to the manufacturer and told me they couldn’t help me! Really? Thanks for attention.

works great! I istalled it using two pieces of wood also, just to make sure it stays. looks nice and sturdy Sports & Outdoors!

Very good at holding the bag but had to get 2 brace pieces of wood due to having wood panel walls but does pretty great after getting everything together and it gets used on a daily basis so it is durable and sturdy comes with hard wear needed also

Mounts to the wall well with no worries of it falling. Large bolts that go into studs to make a worry free workout. Have an 80 pound bag hanging for over a year now with no problems! Can adjust the height once hung about a ft.

Not horrible, but I hung a 150 pd mma bag on it and the metal has started bending; could be because only the inside 4 screws are on a stud though.

The wall mount completely bent. It couldn’t hold a 80lbs bag. The product description states it can hold up to 100lbs. Very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend it.

The hardware this thing comes with is a joke. Literally snapped off while installing and now have a broken bolt stuck in my wall. The Idea these bolts were supposed to hold the bag securely in place is actually kind of scary considering how easily it snapped. If you wanna be safe or if you have kids in the house you want them to be safe get a better product.

First one came with damaged threads in the top hole returned that one got the second one the threads in the bottom hole for the knob were damaged and the top support piece is bent almost at a 45 degree angle. Absolute trash. Cheap Chinese garbage
