Good design, wrongly drilled holes, locking screws torn off because of small size and soft chipboard.

While the overall design of this item was good, assembly was a nightmare due to mis-drilled, under-drilled and oversized holes. The holes for the eccentric gears were too big and too deep, causing them to keep falling out during assembly and having to be slid into place to align with the eccentric locks. Several holes were drilled in the wrong places to align the cams and I had to redrill the appropriate holes. Others weren't drilled through so I had to drill them all the way through the wheel…

Exactly what I was looking for.

The perfect black and white piece for my home office. Good ratings are far worse than bad ones. As with anything bulky, multi-piece and somewhat heavy, there is a risk that if the wearer is not treated with care, you may end up with dents or broken parts. I pulled the trigger and hoped for the best. On arrival I noticed the corner was in poor condition but luckily the packaging survived. Packed in cardboard and foam corner protectors, it mostly stayed in place. I had a dent all over the item…

What a disappointment!

So I was looking for a piece of furniture with a filing cabinet and space for my printer, so I ordered this mobile side cabinet with 3 drawers. Glad it got there early. Much to my dismay - having literally cried at the end - I am very disappointed. First let me mention that I have collected many pieces of furniture and have never had this problem. Halfway through - I realize that when I screwed on the side rails for the drawers - the rails fell off and didn't hold up! Now I'm thinking "really"?
