The perfect black and white piece for my home office. Good ratings are far worse than bad ones. As with anything bulky, multi-piece and somewhat heavy, there is a risk that if the wearer is not treated with care, you may end up with dents or broken parts. I pulled the trigger and hoped for the best. On arrival I noticed the corner was in poor condition but luckily the packaging survived. Packed in cardboard and foam corner protectors, it mostly stayed in place. I had a dent all over the item, luckily it was the bottom shelf facing the floor where the wheels go so it would never be visible. I had no problem putting it together, most of my furniture is the kind of stuff I have. to assemble (corner blocks/bookcases etc) so I didn't find the instructions as difficult as the assembly. Everything fits perfectly, pleasant to the touch and durable, rolls well, the clasps work. I received my files in a drawer, all drawers open and close smoothly, no problems with locks, and there will be a new printer here soon (white and black of course). As with anything, different people have different patience levels. and can be overwhelming for some. I took my time and did it in under an hour. I am happy with the purchase and glad I have no issues to report. Good luck and happy shopping.
