I bought a set of these cutting plotters despite the bad reviews because I figured I could send them back if they were out of balance. Well I received the first set and immediately took them to the router table and fitted them into the router exactly as they should be. Slide it out and then move it 1/8 inch from the bottom. I tightened the collet well, set everything up and turned it on. He literally shook the entire table until he started walking on the floor. I turned it off and installed it.
