Proof you get what you pay for. + on the bits to make some doors. Read the reviews when everything would be fine. The problem with these bits is probably the shank 1/4 ". One of them in my router installed a decent router on the table which I have used many times with no problems. Before plugging it in, I manually rotated the chisel to make sure it wasn't touching the fence and railing and turned the power on. There was quite a vibration so I immediately unplugged it and made sure to turn it back on and after 3-5 seconds it was making a lot of noise. I turned it off and lifted the guard up the curved shank about 30 degrees causing the bit to push out the router table top. I should have bought the 1/2" shank version but they weren't in stock. Maybe it's soft metal (common for "Made in China" items) or the bit is unbalanced. Either way these could very well be be dangerous.
