Cuts line slits, NOT cookie slits.

Not for slotting. This is not the right size for every biscuit. The thickness is almost correct for #20 and with a little fiddling I was able to use it for my project but the biscuit doesn't fit exactly and requires moving the board from side to side to the correct length to get it. It's close enough to work. This is a slot cutter, not a cutter. You won't get perfectly fitting cookie slots. If I used cookies regularly, I would replace them with a real cookie cutter.

Pros
  • For use on desk mount and router
Cons
  • Doubtful

A great addition to any cutter collection.

Don't want to spend money on a "unitasker" such as a milling machine? You then add this bit to your router collection. It can make biscuit cuts and of course long spline cuts. It is very sharp and has no quality defects. I would like one little thing better: 1 inch longer. Yes, it did its job well, but my hand router has a collet opening that is too small, so I had to fiddle to secure the router bit when the router is on the router table. In all cases it works like a charm. Recommended…

Pros
  • Create extremely strong adhesive joints
Cons
  • No instructions

Seems like a good chunk, but the gap it cuts is a bit.

Sounds like a good part, but the slot it cuts is too thick for 20 biscuits. This leaves some slop and the pieces will not line up. I even soaked the cookies in water to tighten them up, but it's still too fluffy. I used a biscuit micrometer (Dewalt size 20) and they are perfect for 5/32. I use this on a very high quality router table with an Incra router lift. Next, I order a nozzle with a white side to try. The tip cuts great and is the first Yonica tip I've ever had problems with. The cutting

Pros
  • Fine-grain C3 tungsten carbide blades for a sharper, more durable edge
Cons
  • Requires a rosette
