It may be obvious somewhere on the product page that the meter does not come with anything that actually measures dissolved oxygen. The meter should only be in the title, not in the fine print. Probes are sold separately.

When you first turned it on and tested it, the screen lit up but there were no numbers or characters on the screen. The sound works but the screen doesn't show anything. I'm trying to figure out how to claim the warranty but still no answer.

They work well when they work. We are in fifth place, two of them are eliminated. In our humid working environment, each of them was exposed to moisture. Two were returned due to moisture, one was repaired under warranty, the other was denied warranty. I was offered a replacement for several hundred dollars above retail price. Buyers beware: If you are in a humid environment, there will be moisture in the LED reading area and the warranty service will be inconsistent.
