I use these for porting aluminum cylinder heads. The long shanks are great for accessing ports without the grinding chuck touching the walls. They cut well, don't clog and show no signs of wear. The only reason for 4 stars is that the tip and base of some bits are very sharp and will cut very deep and aggressively unless the angle of your bit is perfectly angled to the material. Really good cutter set. I used them to relocate the intake manifold and cylinder head kit. Overall porting took about 8 hours and the bit I used still cut great at the end of the job. I only used three of the five bits that came with it, and unfortunately I bent one right away. I worked inside the inlet and the bit caught and hit the adjacent corner.
