Excellent product and service

Bought this and a YKF10.5-A Rebuild Kit to rebuild a 2001 F-350 SRW 4X4 Powerstroke with a 6 1/2" lifter and 37" BFG after a bearing failed at 210,000 miles . Excellent quality, the 4.30 gear ratio keeps the truck within 2% of the original 3.73/285 track width. I highly recommend this seller and this line of products.

The loudest shows I've ever heard!

I had these gears professionally installed and they squeaked so horribly I could barely drive. I have adjusted them 4 times by the pros with the same end result. I ended up buying the original gears and they are so quiet I can't hear them at all so I finally got my sanity back. I will never buy Yukon Gears again!

USA on the box! Best in Transmission

Ford 8.8 of 96 Explorer my first gear setting but I did a lot of research on how to tune, bought tools and set the gears in 4 hours. It wasn't so bad once you figured out how everything works there to set it up. Knocked the snot out of my jeep and they were great, didn't whine on the road. Installed with Grizzly Locker and basic Yukon installation kit. Nothing came with stickers, which was kind of a shame.

Received a pre-installed set of gears. However, silence after the installation.

I've been waiting for the fitment for almost a year so I don't have a reasonable return period, but I'm still unhappy that I got a pre-installed gear for my truck. After paying that price I expected more. As you can see in the picture the packaging was destroyed by the fall and the bearing was installed on the gear and paint was applied to mark the gear. I don't think the gears were actually twisted. , but that doesn't change the fact that a used transmission was sold to me as new. I had…
