I bought this short shaft from Amazon warehouse. I didn't read the description and continued what Revane said. I need a 27 spline plug and this is a 30 spline outer plug. There were extra parts in the box. Dana 30 shift fork and 87-95 XJ shift fork. I think I got what I paid for. The shortened shaft actually has 30 splines.
