great chalk best chalk

This is a very high quality material, but there are two points: 1) it gets everywhere if you have it with young children in your house 2) if the police stop, they will you or all dope indict about the house, and WILL, I repeat, WILL bring a dope dog to check it out. Luckily, getting high isn't the same as sniffing another white powder, so you'll be fine. In any case, these are high-quality items.

Works as an accessory

Wanted to try chalk for a while to help with bulkier lifts, mostly in rows. I have small hands and wrists so my grip has always been an issue. It really helps, and since you can easily toss it in your bag, it's also portable. It's still pretty messy, so if your gym doesn't like chalk for that reason, I'd go down the liquid chalk route. For a more relaxed gym or home gym, this works great. I don't feel like I'm wasting chalk either, I get a nice layer on both hands that doesn't result in a bunch

No more sharing chalk at the ninja gym.

My son's ninja classes resumed in July, they have made many changes including a much smaller class (no more than 3 but usually only 2 or alone), temperature check, step into the sanitizing bowl, the comes in the building, lots of hand sanitizer, wipe all the time, wear masks and no longer deliver chalk powder when using the monkey bars. When we first returned after being away from this place for so long, my son got blisters on his hand from using hand sanitizer due to constant use of hand…

Pros

Cons
  • Nothing

It's basically a tiny piece of cloth with chalk that costs less than a dollar. On the first refill, the plastic piece holding the ends of the laces came loose - so absolute junk quality for the price. I don't expect the other piece of plastic (necessary to keep the laces closed) to last much longer, but I'm old enough to just throw it away when it breaks rather than returning it out of principle. I don't know if there are other options for chalk balls, but I'll check next time.

Essential when you're ready to work big.

I previously purchased a "chalk block" as my first experience with chalk when my deadlift was in the 300 pound range and my grip was slipping. As far as block goes, there's not much to say in comparison other than that chalk is a huge help and every lifter should have one in their pocket. However, using the chalk block turned out to be too messy, even when I kept it in a plastic bag in my gym bag. I chose this because I found it much easier to keep the chalk from spilling all over the place and

Pros
  • 《Universal》. Dramatically improves grip in gymnastics, climbing, bouldering, weightlifting and more!
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors
