I bought two of these for my grandchildren. There's a strong reason stainless steel exists. Unfortunately they leak and don't keep the product cold and don't put anything hot inside because the stainless steel heats up. I should have read the reviews before I bought them. Very disappointed!

I kept wondering why the base of the straw became discolored. I thought it was sealed there. One day I pulled it and it appeared. The straw doesn't come out. You can't clean it up properly. Absolutely disgusting and I immediately threw away all my lids. The manufacturer needs to change this feature and make it removable.

While my kid definitely loves Ryan, I was disappointed with this water bottle. It has no insulation at all. So when you fill a stainless steel bottle with ice and water, you essentially end up with an icy, sweaty piece of stainless steel. It is inconvenient for children to hold in hands, and it stains any furniture or clothes. One of the least popular bottles we have.

Cute design, baby loves it. I like that the spout doesn't open when not in use so it doesn't get dirty. It says it's dishwasher safe, but the bottle recommends hand washing the bottle. I threw it in the dishwasher once, so far everything is ok. It's not over yet. Didn't realize it wasn't double lined so gets really cold inside and not cold after. I'm sure he will sweat. Overall disappointed that the school would not be cold all day and frustrated I bought 2.

Latch mechanism looks very good from above. But after a few months of use it stopped working. we can no longer close the straw. and have contacted the manufacturer, he does not accept any liability, even if it is a product defect. The replacement cover sold is not the same. I recommend you switch to another brand, I don't trust any brand that doesn't stand behind their product.

This water bottle may be cute, but I recommend staying away from it! Don't believe their claims that it can be washed in the dishwasher! As soon as you take the bottle out and look at the bottom it says the lid can be washed in the dishwasher but the body needs to be hand washed. And even worse, closing the lid is now very painful. To be honest I don't like my son drinking from this mug. After the first and only use I washed it and from washing it smelled like steel on my hands. Which made me wonder, if this scent got into my hands, how could it not get into his water. I think I'll put this mug down and just squeeze out the $17 I spent.
