They are voltage regulated, which is good for 12 volt battery systems where the voltage is .

I have purchased and tested two of these lights. They are voltage adjustable, which is good for 12V battery systems where the voltage can fluctuate. They are also powered by 24 volt battery systems. An internal voltage regulator ensures constant lighting and protects the lamps from overvoltage. They dim when the voltage drops below 11 volts. I gave them 4 stars because they are advertised as 4.5w but are actually 2.7w which is a difference of over 20%. The light output is decent, illuminating…

Good light, but the coating causes yellow streaks.

The only reason I didn't give these lights 5 stars was because of the horrible yellow lines visible on the clear plastic housing of the lights. I removed these covers and the pesky yellow streaks are gone, but I would like a cover for them as I use them to light up my countertop. hope they hold up. That's good light. Big size, easy to connect. I was very impressed with the two different mounting methods: double sided tape or screw clamps - I went with screw clamps. If they were illuminating…

Found out how dirty my truck is!

I am a mechanic and occasionally work part time. I'm always packing and fixing stuff, and I got tired of ripping off the plastic roof panel that housed the dome every time I loaded something big in the trunk of my 2000 GMC Jimmy, so I decided to get rid of the plastic part. together. Since I'm working from the side, I need to be able to see where my tools are from behind, so I still needed a light from behind, so I took a chance. Headliner on each side and large 1/4" washers on back of nut bolt

Great value for money, even constant light. All units work, no cosmetic issues

Purchased to light up storage spaces in a van. I tested each light strip as soon as it arrived. No questions. All LEDs work, according to my test device (Mark I eyeballs built in 1961, but the calibration is probably far off) the light is even and without weak points. The LEDs glow at 8VDC, nicely subdued. Would have been a great "night light" with this voltage. It runs without problems up to 14VDC. They run on 12V DC so I don't expect any problems. All lights came with full length double sided
