PRAISE! My homemade luggage was zipped up by an overwrought kid and I thought it couldn't be fixed. After reading the reviews I was hoping that this product would work, but I'm a bit concerned about the user manual reviews. No problem as the company provides YouTube videos. Of course, it required some negotiation and choice of words beforehand. EUREKA! My bag is now functional and I'm in seventh heaven.

I bought this kit to attach a zip to a jacket and was a bit disappointed when none of the zips in the kit matched my jacket. However, the customer service at Zipper Rescue was great and after sending them a few photos they sent me the size I needed and were very quick to reply to emails when I had questions. I bought this zip rescue kit to repair a winter jacket I bought at a tourist spot. The zipper that came with the jacket fell apart after 1 year of light use. To be honest I was so excited to have my daughter's winter coat repaired. I went online, did a test to see which zipper would fit, and bought said package. First. The instructions are not very helpful. Lots of words with no real instructions, but online videos are great for instructions. Second, the size they say fits doesn't fit. Although the instructions are a little long and imprecise, the kit is a great way to easily replace zips once you know what to do. The insert that says "Clothing Set Contents" is the most useful because it tells you the size of each zipper and whether they are metal or plastic zippers.
