The packaging was great, the case gives the impression that you can confidently help your customers, but during service in a very critical situation - loosen the rod extensions again and again to help a very desperate customer - on the highway edge when the cars go to 80 you already have enough pressure - long story short I was very disappointed and now I have to order a whole different set - smsh

Completely and I mean completely useless. I'm an independent contractor for AAA, couldn't open even a basic car and the airbag jack broke on the first car. The long reach tool design makes this kit useless. The tool has these extensions that screw into each other, and yes, you need those, otherwise it would be too short. So if you try to pull the doorknob, push the release button, or even pull the unlucky tab, it just pops open no matter how hard you turn it. Don't waste your money or time.
