Used to clean hermit crab habitats. I bought another shovel but the holes were too big. This shovel is perfect. Convenient for children to use.

Don't collect crayfish manure. The poop is too small and all they do is mix things up and make a mess in the tank. Definitely not what I expected or hoped for.

Can't tell if it's good or bad. After going to the pet store and realizing that the hermit crabs we have don't do well in the sand, I stopped using this shovel. I've only used it once. I wish I knew sooner that sand kills our hermit crabs. I believe this product works well with sand-dwelling reptiles/crabs.

There's no way to select the color you want from this particular list, but color doesn't matter in a poop scoop, does it? We blushed. This is normal with sand screening, but we see that some of the feed just falls through. Holes could be smaller. However, it picks up bits of food that our crabs have buried and clumps of sand. I'm not sure if this tool is a must-have in the hermit crab world, but it's ok.
