Very poor materials

If this is your first cell phone, a cell phone for your child, or you need a plastic toy phone then this might work. Keep in mind that the plastic backing, which you'll have to remove at least once to insert the battery and SIM card, won't be fully attached afterwards. You need a case good enough to cover the gap exposing the phone's hardware and keep it intact. Judging by the stores, there are much more reliable phones than this one in the same price range. For me it was a waste of $40…

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Zero

I'm not sure about this phone. I received it yesterday and I can't activate it. When I tried to enter the last 4 digits of my newly dialed phone number, they were not accepted. The button didn't work. The system says that the SIM card that came with the phone is invalid. I don't have a car so I can go to Verizon or Walmart for help. I don't have another phone available. I can't contact Verizon online except through the chatbot and it's useless. I wonder if this is a refurbished phone?

Pros
  • Large selection

Unbeatable price

If you're like me, you don't need a super expensive smartphone. These cheap Android phones do everything I need and this one is pretty much the same. A few warnings: the camera is terrible. Unless you have perfect outdoor lighting, images will always be blurry, grainy, and heavily compressed. If you want a decent camera, keep looking. Also, Google Maps is horrendously slow and laggy. Use Waze for GPS instead. The phone feels a bit sluggish at times, but for the most part it's nimble enough, I…

Exceeded expectations!

I bought two of these phones. One for my little niece and one for a friend who needed a backup phone from his work phones which had poor reception from other providers. For $46 you absolutely can't go wrong! Is it a Galaxy or an iPhone? No! However, at $46, it exceeds what I expected! As I traveled across the country by train, we passed through many rural areas. According to flight attendants, Verizon was the only cellular line that never went down. And they were right! You can't go wrong with…

Pros
  • Useful for other than its intended purpose
Cons
  • Requires outlet

I have an old plan that still works for me. Verizon has discontinued it for new accounts on smartphones. I pay at least $5 + taxes, I was the "grandfather". I get 10 cents per minute until 10 p.m., and from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. I make unlimited calls all over the world. If I switch to a smartphone, I lose the ability to pay at least $5. I only use my old phone as a backup. I don't want to pay at least $35 for this ZTE smartphone even though I already have two other Verizon accounts (home phone and

Cheap but great! suitable for mobile phones

When my ZTE Grand X Max+ finally died, I started looking for the phone. It took me more than a month to finally decide on two different ones. It was either the ZTE Blade Vantage or the Moto e5 Play. I tested both phones and found that I liked the Blade Vantage much more than the Moto. That's why I chose ZTE. When I received the product it was in the original packaging, not opened so that was a big plus as I wasn't sure if it was new or not. When I opened the package it contained a charger…
