This wallet hardly syncs to the blockchain
The Doge Android wallet is one wallet that throws in it's supportits support only for the Dogecoin and as a lightweight app it makes it easy for users to get the wallet easily on your phone without much hassles. This wallet is a no-go for me but there are some interesting features which honestly can be found in other wallet applications. Features such as saving regularly use wallet addresses to make transactions more faster is among them and QR code scanner makes it possible to run on on the spot transactions.
my negative views about this wallet is actually much more stronger than the positive features it actually brings before the table. among these issues number one is the user interface which is very bad and very poorly designed that make it hard for newbies to interact easily with a wallet. There is also issues collating the right price feed for dogecoin. but amongst all issues the major one is the problem of synchronising this wallet with the block chain of dogecoin. sometimes the blocks Is usually outdated and this makes it hard or actually takes a longer amount of time for newly incoming transactions to be displayed. I have stopped using this wallet because I did not enjoy my experience and I'm sure many would also
Pros
- It's a light wallet app that make it good for small storage phones
- Users can easily save their regularly used addresses for easier transactions
- Supports QR code scanning to make transactions more seamless
Cons
- The user interface is very backdated and old-fashioned to use
- the wallet hardly synchronises with the doge blockchain and this makes it hard for us to see our transaction balance in time
